All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free Shipping: All orders over $125.00 within the lower 48 states qualify for free shipping. Most orders will be delivered in 3-7 business days after processing. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@goodheartsgear.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Order Cancellations

If you made a mistake or need to cancel your order, please do so by logging in and canceling your order through the account page. If you cannot, please contact our website chat agent or help@goodheartsgear.com. Please note that once an order has been processed for fulfillment, it may not be canceled.  

Refunds and Returns

Good Hearts Gear (GHG) has a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund. If 15 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return.  Customer-altered or laundered items are not returnable. 

The customer will pay a flat $8.95 shipping and handling fee unless it is a result of Good Hearts Gear error. Exchanges will pay a flat $6.95 shipping and handling fee for the return of the product. Fees will be automatically deducted in the return or exchange process. Using the Returns Center, GHG will email you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.  You must use this label. If this label is not used, the return in invalid and the customer risks loss of merchandise.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received: unworn, unused, unmarked with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
