We want you to love your Good Hearts Gear purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
Good Hearts Gear offers a 15-day return window. Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your item. Requests made after 15 days cannot be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and unmarked
- Original tags must be attached
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required (i.e. Order number)
- Sale items and items purchased with a gift card are final sale and not eligible for return
Return Fee
- Approved returns are subject to an $8.95 return shipping and handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- If the return is due to a Good Hearts Gear error (incorrect or defective item), no return fee will be deducted.

- Submit your return request.
- If approved, you will receive a Return Shipping Label via email.
Important:
- Only items that have been selected and approved for return in the Returns Center may be included in the return package.
- Any additional or unapproved items included in the return package will not be processed or refunded.
- Returns must be shipped using the return shipping label provided during return processing.
- Returns sent using any other shipping method will be considered invalid and will not be refunded.
- Customer-altered or laundered items are not returnable.
Refund Processing
- Once your return is received, inspected, and processed, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment, minus the $8.95 return fee.
- Refunds may take up to 7 business days for your financial institution to post to your account.
- Original shipping charges and Monk Protect insurance are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Good Hearts Gear offers exchanges for a fee of $6.95.
- Exchanges must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.
- A $6.95 exchange shipping and handling fee applies.
- Exchanges are processed through the Returns Center using the provided exchange option and label.
- If an exchange is due to a Good Hearts Gear error (incorrect or defective item), the exchange fee will be waived.
If you prefer not to exchange, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Issues reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
